Data Analytics Manager

Salary Range: AED 22,000 – 28,000 per month
Latinum HR Solutions is hiring for a client — a fast-scaling fintech company in Dubai expanding its analytics and business intelligence function.
If you can convert raw data into strategic business decisions, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead business intelligence & analytics initiatives
• Build dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) for leadership reporting
• Work closely with Product, Finance & Risk teams
• Develop predictive models & performance insights
• Drive data governance & reporting accuracy
• Present insights directly to senior stakeholders

Ideal Candidate:
• 6–9 years in data analytics / BI roles
• Strong SQL + Python
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Experience in fintech / banking / digital payments preferred
• Strong stakeholder management skills
